Full Journal pdf2003-04-30 House Journal Page 1210 SB 108 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 29, 2003, calendar (page 1181), was read the third time: HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 108(FIN) "An Act relating to payment rates under the Medicaid program for health facilities and to budgeting, accounting, and reporting requirements for those facilities; abolishing the Medicaid Rate Advisory Commission; and providing for an effective date." **The presence of Representative Kookesh was noted. The question being: "Shall HCS SB 108(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause.
